- ENEden NorrisNov 5, 20252.0I had been wanting to try tom and chee for a few weeks now. I came with my fiancé after I had a really rough day at work and wanted comfort food. We arrived at 6:45pm on a Wednesday. Very obviously not busy and the staff was cleaning up. Every chair was on the tables and it was clear they were trying to leave early. We asked if they were still open and they said yes, we informed them we had never been there and the staff said “oh great, I’ll be back in two minutes” and went into the back after continuing to clean up after we walked in. One staff member stood aside on their phone while we awkwardly stood there at the counter before going into the back. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable and very awkward. We decided to leave before she came back due to the feeling of being unwelcome. I’ve worked in food service, and I understand wanting to leave early when it’s been dead but customer service is still important. Don’t plan to come back but the food looked really good.

The garlic cheese tots were nasty, that garlic sauce on it is so gross I can't even describe it. The Mac and cheese was terrible, so chalky and no flavor! The girl who checked us out was also rude. The lady in the kitchen was very sweet and talked to my son!
