While I can't possibly know that Patrick has made the difference single-handedly, I do know that ever since he showed up service, food, and vibe at this Panera ratcheted up from a 2 to a 5 star stop. I feel like I have bad luck with the service being slow or missing items. Additionally, the soup have been pretty watered down the past few times. It’s not bad in any way, but just not that good.

He did leave with the half salad in our order. We have received a refund email, but also an additional confirmation email so I hope we receive a refund. It was a very disappointing experience.
