This time, two of us ordered brownie sundaes and found them to be less that spectacular. The brownies were dry and grainy. The hot fudge lacked flavor, and even the ice cream was lackluster. They simply weren’t up to the standards we expect from Graeter’s. The service was good, the product was not.
