We ordered the catering bundle on the app and it was a train wreck and because the bags were sealed we could not check. We asked if everything was there and the sour cream and cheese were missing. The chicken was totally burnt and tasted like charcoal. The bins with rice and others were half empty and it was just totally unacceptable. We tried to call for 20 minutes and could not get a live body and kept getting directed to the email to complain but we were 10 minutes away and couldn’t go back due to having to feed our family. $60 wasted.

Rice undercooked, so it was very stale. Chicken was burnt so every bite was bitter. I’m rooting for this place, but they need to start putting in more effort to make their food better quality.

It’s the third time in a row that my order has been wrong, which shows a clear lack of attention to quality and customer care. I’ve tried to be patient and give your team the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I will not be returning. For the same price, I’d rather visit the Mexican restaurant across the street, where the food is hot, accurate, and served in a clean environment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for future customers.
