- ASAbbey SanfordMar 22, 20261.0I went to the Newport Chipotle location a couple days ago to get food for my family as carry out. The staff member serving me seemed kind of crabby and distracted. I’m not sure if this is how they typically make a quesadilla, but it was done in the press in the foil and when we got home and opened it, the tortilla was so stuck to the foil it was coming apart. It looked very unappetizing. Photo included. The person who rang us up was very cheerful and pleasant. As we left the restaurant, I was appalled at how dirty the place was. There was food all over the floor, on most of the tables. It was gross. And there were plenty of workers in the facility. It makes one wonder what the state of the food prep areas are like. I would have taken a photo but I had my daughter with me and just wanted to leave. I have been disappointed with the quality of our food at this spot before, but it had been a while so I thought we would try again. We will not come back to this location unless I hear in time that the quality of food and cleanliness from this facility are improved.

Not the first time this has happened ordering pick up. Don't bother ordering online, just go in person if you have to, or pick a different Chipotle.
