  Tara our server was an absolute jewel and very attentive! The filet was magnificent, the Chef Alex came around the check on our table and we let him know about our wonderful experience. The view from the window is great. Can say enough about this diamond we found on vacation. Thanks again.

  Had a really bad and unfortunate experience here. This review should honestly be a 0 but I appreciate how Tara our server and the GM (Amanda?) tried to fix the issue. Honestly I don’t know how the steak we were served made it out of the kitchen. And I’m praying we don’t get sick. My thanks to Tara and Amanda for immediately recognizing our concerns were legit and trying to make the best of a disappointing experience.

  Happy occura between 4-7 pm during a weekday. Atmosphere is cool from being able to view the river and Cincinnati. The drinks and food are tasty and price friendly for a high end place as this restaurant. Service was good, for the place was busy on a Friday happy hour. Worth checking out.

  Had reservations for 5 at 5pm. Arrived right on time, they greeted and seated us at a round table by the windows, the view was fantastic. Mary, our server, came over and took our drink orders. Ordered a couple of Old Fashioned and decided I'd try the house bourbon. Didn't have any idea what it was, didn't want a name on it until I tasted. Got the drinks and I was quite surprised at the taste. Ended up finding out it was Kentucky Tavern and I enjoyed it very much. I love trying house versions. Mary brought some dinner rolls to the table and took our orders. Started with Lobster Bisque and it was delicious. Very creamy and rich flavor and actually had lobster meat in the soup. Cesar salad was next. We ordered it without peppers and the dressing on the side. Didn't care foe the cesar dressing so we went with ranch. Lettuce was in a cheese bowl with a puree under the bowl. Salad was very good with the cheese and puree as adders. Coconut shrimp appetizer was a very nice portion and was very good. Snapper Hemingway with mashed potatoes was beyond excellent. Not too fishy, flavored perfectly and cooked to perfection. Coconut Shrimp dinner was a very nice portion of Shrimp with rice and fried noodles. All three sauces were delicious. Last we tried the Lava Cake with ice cream (we rarely have room for dessert but couldn't pass this one up) based on pictures we saw and man it did not disappoint, hands down one of the best we've ever had. Overall, our first time experience was one that will bring us back to visit again. Thank you to Mary who took great care of us.

  Rather than having our usual carry-out pizza or Chinese, we decided to order a special meal to enjoy while watching the Oscars at home. The medium rare prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes delivered by Uber Eats lived up to our expectations for the Chart House. But the crab cake and chopped spinach salad were BOTH disasters. The crab cake came in pieces for us to “assemble”—a huge disappointment given its picture in the on-line menu and what we expected from a high-end SEA FOOD restaurant. An even bigger disappointment was the “chopped spinach” salad that did not contain even a single piece of spinach among all the leaves of iceberg lettuce. We managed to enjoy the Oscars, but the Chart House’s culinary malfunction was a huge, HUGE disappointment.
