    Tried calling about my nephews meal missing and got a machine that said they couldn’t take my call because of call restrictions. Why be a business if you can’t answer calls? I’d give zero stars if I could!

    There was mix up in my mobile order. I have no way of contacting the store. The number provided does not ring through, it states there are phone restrictions and hangs up. How can i get ahold of a manager????

    I ordered thru door dash and yes the financial retribution is handled thru door dash but a fast food joint having calling restrictions is bull crap I've been manager in charge for several restaurants u have to answer the phone thts y u have a crew so u can do ur job yes u support ur crew and help them but u don't completely ignore the customers and I ordered thru them and the only part they left out was my child's order I wouldn't have cared as much if it was mine but I tried calling to see if maybe they forgot to put a bag or if the dasher stole my son's food and when I couldn't contact the store I ordered my food thru I called corporate and they said maybe they're busy well like I said I have Ben manager in charge of several restaurants none have calling restrictions if u have a complaint u call the location complain and handle it I'vehad several really mad customers leave happy cause I talked to them and explained the mix up but to literally make it where customers can't talk to the manager is ridiculous

    Usually I don’t have issues with this place. But this time I did. It took them over an hour to get my food out to me, milkshake was melted too. Instead of a refund, they made me wait even longer saying they will remake the food. Honestly worst service ever I even have proof of how long I had to wait. If you want slow service come here!
