  I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. I have a good sized family so its a big order. I repeated myself thoroughly to make sure my order is right as usual because I know its a big order. Somehow I still found myself pulling back around to the drive thru and having to wait again to get the rest of my order. Once I finally got what id ordered and made it my destination I went to eat my burgers just to find them made wrong. Im so livid and dissatisfied. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence for us.

  I had to go in to get my mobile order after 10 mins. With no suprise theres my order and the only other customers order sitting on the counter half cold. Sloppy made. Couldnt eat it without getting sauce all over everything. Fries were undercooked.

  Ordered Shamrock Oreo McFlurries and watched them get hand-mixed with the cup pressed against the employee’s chest, beard dangling, mouth open and an uncleanly looking employee! ABSOLUTELY NOT Got a refund immediately. Drove to the new location across town where my ice cream wasn’t in someone’s personal space and, shockingly, it was clean and mixed right. Corporate, get beard nets and basic food safety together. A McFlurry shouldn’t feel like a biohazard. 🍀🍦

  Ordered in app pick up waited 18 min to get food in spot, priority is dash and Uber. Always seem to be short on employees, for a McDonald's this one needs work for sure. Just be ready to wait for food if going.

  Food is good when they actually get the order correct, which is about 40% of the time. I had to quit using doordash because there is no recourse other then a refund which is not acceptable when they mess up the order about 60% of the time. This is not an exaggeration, I've been keeping track. I love McDonald's sausage egg mcmuffins, but they have no taste is you DON'T FREAKING RECEIVE IT! I know mistakes happen, but not 60% of the time. Further, the management of this particular store is the worst of literally anywhere I have ever been. I do not understand how anyone with such clear contempt for their customers would choose to work in customer service. I don't even call about missing items anymore because their condescending tone angers me beyond belief and it's not worth the hassle. My order this morning for example was missing a sausage burrito, no sauce for the other one, my frappe (they're expensive) was filled up maybe 3/4 of the way, no napkins either. I never write reviews, I think 2 in my life maybe, but I despise this particular store with every fiber of my being. You all absolutely suck.
