There was a long line (around 15 people ahead of me) and several online orders being worked on at the same time, and it appeared there were only two employees up front (maybe a third in the back). They were clearly swamped and barely had a moment to catch their breath, but despite that, they stayed positive, friendly, and professional the entire time. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but honestly it was completely understandable given how short-staffed they were. What really stood out was their attitude. They kept smiling, stayed calm, and made sure my order (and everyone else’s) was done correctly. You could tell they genuinely cared, even under a lot of pressure. Working food service with only two people while juggling a packed line and online orders is no easy task, and they handled it incredibly well. Major respect to the Murray Qdoba team for delivering amazing service under incredible stress and doing so with a positive attitude! Way to go! (Also the food was amazing!)
