Every visit was disorganized, inconsistent, and frustrating. This place clearly does not have its act together. I gave it multiple chances and won’t be back.

- JWJosey WalesDec 22, 20253.0Newer store. Very nice inside with a separate bar area. Jess, our waitress was very nice and frequently checked our drinks. I ordered 15 boneless wings. BWW used to put each flavored wings in a thick paper tub but now they are laid out in a line on parchment paper. Not a huge deal but if you don't want your sauces mixing, this is not ideal. Over the years, their wings have gotten smaller (not a huge surprise). My wings were barely warm. I did not send them back because that may or may not have fixed the problem. 3 others in my group all had wings as well and the temp. of their's were "warmish". We're there at 1:30 pm, so it was maybe 3/4 full inside. Seemed to have plenty of staff but had to ask for silverware. Plenty of staff there but saw 3-4 ppl standing around (not Jess). I had been frequently to the one in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and they have it down. I think the one in Murray could benefit from management from a great BWW coming in to show them how it's done. Not a horrible experience but not great either. I may give them a second chance. I like hot, good quality food, this BWW get 2 stars for hot boneless wings. Maybe they are still learning as this location is fairly new.
