  We ordered take out for a 4pm pickup. Got the 20 wing medium and the guy brought them out from The kitchen which would make me believe they were fresh. Not the case at all. Tasted like they were sitting around and the fries, not fresh either. They were all very chewy and a few un eatable. Won’t be back and it’s way to expensive to eat inside.

  For a new restaurant I expected an enthusiastic wait staff. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar and eventually had to ask for a glass of water. The lady brought my glass of water and never offered to take an order, then walked away. After another few minutes a young man came by and asked me if I wanted to order. I placed my order and after it was brought out no one else spoke to me, so I had to wave a card around to get checked out. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings but I hope the wait staff receives better training.

  Now this place is just a disaster and I'll tell you why. The managers. There's about one or two of them who have a grudge against the waitresses. I asked my server this lady's name and they called her Ashley. I watched her get into the face of my waitress downing her and telling her she was going to be fired for a small mistake. That they're writing people's mistakes down and some are going to "get the chopping block" I sat at the table right in front of where they pay at and listened to the whole thing. No manager should ever get in the face of a coworker and berate them in front of the whole dining room. She was rude and her attitude was ugly. I don't know if she's just miserable or what but don't take it out on your coworkers. You should be a team but she told another manager not to do the waitresses job when all he did was refill another tables drink. To run a restaurant everyone should work as a team. The workers are not slaves.

  We sat at the bar, we ordered the ultimate Nachos with chili. There was no lettuce, very few tomatoes, scarce on cheese, no salsa. It came out with 1 small scoup of chili, we sent it back. It came back out 10 to 15 min later with a cold second scoop. We asked for a cup of chili to add to it, that took another 5 to 7 min., it was cold. I have seen this at other BWW. Layers of chips, chili, lettuce, tomatoes. Salsa on the side. We were very very unhappy.

  This review is for an app order placed last month. I placed an order in advance for traditional wings for a 7 pm pickup (approx 2 hours later). When I arrived at 7 and checked the app, my order was showing as having been ready since 6 pm. My food had been sitting in a warmer for a full hour before the scheduled pickup. When I opened my order upon arrival at home 5 minutes later, not only was my food now cold I did not even get the traditional wings as I had ordered, I had been given boneless wings, all of them sauced when one of the flavor splits was supposed to be a dry rub. Chicken wings and fries are not rocket science. Needless to say, I have not been back.
