  We decided to finally try the new place in town after a few months. We have been to other buffalo wild wings, in TN locations. We arrived early around 4 pm, we had a 5 year old with us. We were sat at a table and when we asked the server about drink options and we inquired about diet drinks, he said well we prefer to serve beer because we are a sports bar. The food we ordered was served warm at best. The bbq boneless wings where hard and dry. The everything pretzel bites where so hard they were unedible. The service was horrible, we literally had to say "hey sir" loudly to get his attention. When he did come to the table we had to remind him of what was needed again. Very disappointed! 72.00 bill and it was a waste of money. We will have to go somewhere else to eat I'm sure. Just beware is all I can say.

  Exceptional service, foods was great, but the sports on every tv is a bit much. Maybe the news or SVU on a couple would bring in more business? My server Ashtin... lemme tell ya, it's like she's psychic! She knew what I would want and need even before I did. She's so kind and knowledgeable and answered every question I had with a smile. She made sure I and everyone else in her section was taken care of while seemingly doing everything else as well. If you can't tell she's top dog by her skill alone, the way the other employees defer to her might clue you in. Whatever she's getting paid, it's not enough. She could be president, yet chooses to bless this establishment with her incredible intelligence, peppy personality, and unmatched work ethic. #Ash4Prez #TipHerYourEntirePaycheck

  Me and my friends had a AMAZING time at this location and it was mostly thanks to our server Lexie. She made our visit awesome and made a few great suggestions on what to get from the menu and the food did not disappoint. Food took a bit to come out but it was well worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend and thanks to Lexie for making our stay very welcoming and fun.

  Have you ever had a server that you’d wait for them to come on shift before ordering? You know their days off and avoid the restaurant on those days? Would you sit in a booth with your young kids and wait because her shift doesn’t start for another 30 minutes and you HAVE to have her? No? Then you haven’t had Emily W!! We have frequented BWW since they opened the Murray location….but not like we do now since we had her the first time about a month ago. She knows our kids names, their orders, MY order (my husband changes from time to time), what we are drinking, when a kid is missing and where they likely are. Emily makes our kids feel welcome and like they’re part of the meal, where most servers just talk to mom or dad. Emily makes it feel like we are at a close friend for family member’s house for dinner. If you haven’t had a server like Emily W….you’re missing out!!
