  Super fast in getting order together for us Russ and Casey were the only ones running store at the time and they were amazing! Best service I’ve received here in awhile!!! Keep up the great work !!

  This Wendy’s has been disappointing for awhile. I hate to leave a bad review, but it’s gone on so long I am hopeful it will help them see what customers are experiencing and improve. We have wasted our money on food that was either incorrect or inedible. We have received food we had to throw straight in the trash because the biscuits were so hard you couldn’t bite them, or the food on them tasted off/bad. Have also received fries that we had to throw away because they’d sat so long most were hard or tasted like old grease. The drive thru waits are not always as long now, but the food quality is still poor. We have also received an incorrect order more times than any other place we eat at. We like Wendy’s but half the time we order from here we end up having to get food somewhere else, because it’s inedible. Never have issues like this anywhere else. Please work on your food quality! We want to support you.

  Only person in the drive thru with one person inside. I had 3 value meals and was told to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes and had to go in and get my food. No apologies whatsoever. Two sprites were also very water downed.

  The drive thru staff was very nice and accommodating. Our order was very good.

  I placed my mobile order and went thru the drive thru. When we got to the order area they told us we had selected dine in but could still go thru to the window. We waited in line for 25 minutes, the crew of young men had their ear buds in walking around trying to find my order, after finding it on the counter and handing us our food we made it back home and the only thing they got right was my fry, I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a plain, which I had chosen as a reward with my points, so that was wasted. And my burger that I had ordered came fully dressed, instead of plain. Very disappointed, wasted gas, time, and the points. Called and no one answered, the night crew there needs to be trained better. 10/10 do not recommend
