That’s fine, I’ll just check the tracker so I know when it’s ready. I get the notification that it’s ready. Drive to the store. Go in and am told it’ll be another 30 minutes or so. I’m fine with waiting, but twice we’ve went at the pick up time after being notified it was ready, and it was going to be even longer. No thanks, ordered Pizza Hut and it was at my house in 25 minutes.

The crust itself was so fluffy in the past and now is like cardboard. It gets delivered by door dash, no more warming sleeves to keep the pizza hot. I’ve been a PJ fan forever. No more. I won’t be ordering from them in the future.

The worker in the drive thru wasn't very friendly. The location itself has a strange layout with the drive through location. The food was mediocre. I had better experience up the street at dominoes. 3 out of 5 stars.

Called the Manager and she said she would have the driver come back. 30 minutes later, called manager again and she says she would have to credit us because the driver doesn't want to deliver it. That's is bad Customer Service and lack of leadership, letting the driver override the manager.
