- RErobert ewingOct 31, 20251.0Ordered on the app and they lost the order my wife called to see what happened and they had no order so I drove up here to see what’s what when gave the name my wife gave mine young woman named cloey chandler didn’t not ask if it was under another name she just kept saying (there’s nothing I can do) so I see a bag behind them still they say it’s been there for a hot minute and I ask what it was turns out it was my order so I have to fight 5 minutes to get the order remade as it’s been out 1 hour and she kept saying there’s nothing I can do. So I had them call the managers and no one would answer as it’s Halloween so I had to bring up what does their policy state for time that something sits out and when it has to be thrown away she says 20 minutes it has to be thrown, so I ask her again what are you going to do re make it or give me bad food, she finally decides to remake it so pussed I have never had this bad of customer service from here. Last time I’ll be here again especially ordering on the app.
