  Just had an order delivered. I got the Big John. The bread was stale and it had 1 slice of roast beef. One. I never know what kind of sandwich I’m going to get. The last roast beef sandwich I ordered was great. Before it, the chicken Caesar wrap didn’t have any chicken. I hoped that was just a mistake. But after today’s sandwich, consistency is an issue.

  Man, that Vito hit the spot. 😋 And to top it off, it was free because they actually give good Birthday rewards at Jimmy John’s.

  Worst sandwiches I have ever tasted!! They have very little vegetables to put on your sandwich and only 2 condiments!!! The meat is so thin and has no taste. It’s like I just threw $36.00 away!!!!!!!!!

  Just moved to town and decided to try Jimmy John for the 1st time we went inside to order and watched the manger set back and watch the other 4 ppl joke and play around like kids, then get home and find out my wife's sub was the wrong kind and we were the only 2 ppl in the place so needless to say had to go back and have her sub re-made and by time I get back home of course my sub is cold now and the bread on both subs was impossible to chew.. won't go back there again

  Food is good glad my Sterling got a JJ but we won’t be back. They don’t accept JJ gift cards even though they sell them!?? The manager was clueless the app only takes one form of payment and you can’t use a partial balance gift card. So all other JJ we go inside to use the split payment but this location will not do it or even attempt to try to help. Won’t be back. Too bad we live close but will go to Winchester from now on.
