- PSPremium Motor Sales1 day ago1.0Moved to Mount Washington in 2014. This place was decent. I get it, it’s “McDonalds”. I can NOT remember the last time I went through the drive through and went home to the order being correct. This place went from being a decent McDonald’s spot to “please eat anywhere else in Mount Washington”. Staff is rude. I had 5 large drinks, the lady at the window said “we have no drink carriers, they’re all the in the back”. GO GET THEM! DUH! There was a Hispanic guy that makes the food in the back eating chicken nuggets as he was making food for customers. Again, I get it “it’s McDonald’s”, but management is horrible. If management was good, so would be the workers. Go to Wendy’s, right down the road, spend $8.00 more and get your food, you paid for. God Bless.

I think I’ll start taking my business elsewhere as a fast food worker I am always kind a patient but being out of pocket 3 days in a roll is insane.

I ordered a 6 piece nugget and got a 4 piece (didn’t notice until I already left) and ordered a large caramel frappe with not whip and no drizzle. Was handed the frappe with whip and drizzle. Asked to have it removed. Got the drink back with about 4oz missing from it. Asked for them to fill it back up and they fill it up with chocolate shake! Rude workers and terrible service.
