Then, if you go back and complain, you’re met with lame excuses; we have new people, we’re working short, we’re slammed, etc. and I’ve been told this on more than one occasion. This morning there were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and the dining area was closed for maintenance. They were far from being busy. One item was missing, and the other was close to being inedible. McMuffins should not be hard enough to drive nails with. I have worked fast food many decades ago in my younger years, and all it takes is attention to detail, people!

Order came out in 2 separate times. I counted 13 people wanting to order but no one was at the register. Employees would look at you and walk on. I have never been in a McDonalds that was this bad and I have been to some really shitty ones. I hope the owner reads this... Hey man from one Kentuckian to another " GET SOME GOOD MANAGEMENT!!!"
