  Rallys food is always so greasy. The only things I like is the loaded fries. Still greasy but my belly can handle it. Staff well not always at the window or kind sometimes.

  A big white letter saying no refills we will have to pay for refills why on earth would anyone come back I’m local and I won’t be I’ll drive 2 minutes to another establishment that does how weird to see this in today’s age

  The Mt Sterling store on Owensville road has been trash for a while I had to pay for food twice that night because my kid couldn't get her food or milk shake. I took her to McDonald's. Anyways they' refused to Give me other items in their place of = value or a refund. Other then a Coke and monstarella stick LoL that was starting to piss me off I said no my order was $26.89 so I want stuff of = value do you need me to show you The total and item's I done paid for through the rallies and checkers app And she said no. I had nothing to do with that. We had nothing to do with that I don't recommend downloading the checkers and rallies app by the way The number they tell you to call kept putting me on a phone with that real rude lady that I already talked to in person and Just got done talking too and she offered me a Coke and a mozzarella stick for my $26.89 order again I just hung up i don't ever recommend ordering through The app for This reason because if they don't got something they refuse to fix it or refund it or replace it the Way you should and then Tell you to call a number that puts you back on the phone with the person who Just got done Refusing to give you your items you just paid for Or replace them or refund them. Don't ever order through the checkers and rallies app This could happen to you if you do and I am still trying to get a refund I have to go down to my bank in the morning if they don't fix it And in the morning I'm disputeing this with my bank if they' ain't Got it refunded by in the morning. It's been since the 14 th I have screen shots to prove it still no refund. I've been calling and talking to them a bout it to. Nothing has happened other than getting offered a Coke and a mozzarella stick for a $ 26 .89 order that's All That's happened. Please don't order through the app or better yet don't order here' at all there's a McDonald's right next door and it's the better one unless you're looking for a fight lol and it's All woman' that' work there' you' can't start fighting with a bunch of woman' what' kind of man would you look like then LoL 🤣. And I'm not the only one go through here and look at these other reviews of people getting raw chicken sandwiches and stuff and burnt chicken sandwiches that they end up feeding to their dogs. I know some of the people that's leaving these reviews and they wouldn't make this stuff up. And neither am I. This place sucks and their app sucks too. I'd rather have a bologna sandwich or go home and cook something up than ever get food From here' ever again This place is horrible in More ways than one. Do yourself a favor and Don't ever come here and don't ever download their app.

  Uses an AI thing for drive through ordering. Annoying and gets the order wrong. I recommend you skip this one.
