- AAAmandaNov 23, 20251.0Poor restaurant so I got there at 5:54 this morning to wait on the restaurant to open up and that’s at 6am and so before I could put my order in online I had to wait until 6am and so I done that well I pull up to the drive through and no employees answered me and I waited in the drive through for 15min and then pull to the window and waited for five minutes before anyone came to the window and so they wouldn’t make my food they told me that they don’t open until 6:30 am but website and the app show 6am and Stephen told me they don’t open until 6:30am and plus told me him and his employees just show up at 6:10 am that’s funny because I was there at 5:54 am and there was four cars out of the parking lot anyway this is so dumb I have never had a problem with this restaurant and at least the one in morehead doesn’t do this dumb shit and plus they wouldn’t refund me my money and they told me I would have to wait until 6:30 but I find it funny that you say you’re machine wasn’t opening that funny because if that was the case my order wouldn’t have went through but y’all need to fix your time zone instead of confusing or wasting ppl time
