He was surly and not very pleasant. My sister and I are in our 80’s, and just needed a question answered. Now for the order. It was only a cheese burger and Big Mack and 2 drinks. The order came out expeditiously and we started to eat, immediately realizing something wrong. The “cheeseburger” had no cheese, I checked the receipt, it said cheeseburger. The Big Mac was thrown together and was a big runny mess, awful. I asked for another cheeseburger that actually had cheese on it. I got no “sorry or apology” . Just a bored face that said ok. We eventually got the rest of the order. Oh, it was probably less than 60 degrees in the dining room. Very uncomfortable. Undoubtably the worst McDonald experience I have ever had.
