Customer service at this store on 3rd shift needs to be restrained at the least at the most FIRED. It is not the customers responsibility to try to figure out why a FAST food order is taking 10 minutes while employees are just pacing around. A proper way to do things is for the employee to let the customer know "Sorry for the wait, but we are currently waiting on fresh whatever whatever is coming up." Simple and polite. The way proper customer service should be. Well that's the way it was when I was managing a fast food restaurant.
