  I ordered 3 sandwiches and ask for 4 Arby's sauces. I had to park 10 minutes waiting on a sandwich. Then I get 20 minutes down the road and find out the 4 Arby's sauce I ask for was not there. They couldn't even put one in the bag. I called and they offered a meal. I said that does nothing for my 3 sandwiches that have no sauces that wont be ate. She said well thats the best I can do if you dont want to drive over here and get the sauces and hung up. I will never eat Arby's again. This isn't the first time they've screwed up an order but it will be the last for me.

  I love eating Arby’s! Im an autistic individual and have very picky taste, so I only eat their cheese sticks and fries but, my husband isn’t as picky! The only two times we’ve eaten here (drive through) his sandwhiches had been smushed and looked like it was sat on! The first time we ordered a #1 and it smelt like a fart as well. This second time we ordered a #15 and only got an inch of burger width 😭😭 I know y’all can do better because eating INSIDE is a different story! The sandwhiches are fluffy and don’t particularly smell bad. Please do not say it’s where they’re at the bottom of a bag during handout. I’ve worked fast food before and never in my life have I served a squashed sandwich to a customer. (Nor a fart burger) Please check on this drive through situation because I love eating here but I’m afraid with these two incidents my husband won’t wanna go anymore!!

  I mean its an Arby's. They aren't trying to be anything more than what they are. Service is always good, food always made to order. Genuinely I have no complaints about this restaurant.
