  Saturday night (4/4/26), your posted closing time is 10 PM. My family and I arrived at 9 PM, and the front desk employee immediately tried to persuade us to leave, saying the buffet would be taken down soon—around 9:30. I understand closing procedures need to begin at some point, but if your hours say 10 PM, customers should feel welcome during that time. We decided to stay because my kids wanted to eat and play games. As expected, they went back and forth between the game room and their food, but we were actively supervising them and bringing them back each time. We were also the only customers in the building. Unfortunately, the young lady working was consistently rude in how she addressed us. She repeatedly told us to keep an eye on our kids in a tone that came across as disrespectful, despite the fact that we were already doing so. There was no friendliness, no effort to make us feel welcome—just an overall negative attitude. I completely understand that it was late and close to closing time, but customer service should not drop off because of that. This experience left a very poor impression, and it felt like we were being rushed out rather than treated as paying customers. If a manager or owner sees this, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak further. If you value your customers, it may be worth revisiting staff training on professionalism and how to properly handle late-hour guests without making them feel unwelcome.

  Usually a good experience. Today they were packed. They were more worried about making to go orders than keeping the pizza bar full and would not make special requests.

  It's a good place just I think it's over priced and there isn't really a lot to do for younger kids.
