  Couldn’t get an order right if you paid them to. Everything looks like it was thrown together, and nothing I ask for is ever correct. I asked for extra cheese and somehow got pico instead. Most Taco Bell’s around here are the same way but this one has went down hill fast (past 2 years)

  The quality of the ingredients is fine. Drive thru window staff is typically not friendly but polite (who cares if they are friendly if the food is prepared correctly?) except for one lady, which is fine. The main issue is don't expect swapped ingredients that you pay extra for to be included, and for the love of all things holy DON'T get a quesadilla if you like those because you will just end up with disappointment: a cold tortilla with cold disgusting cheese in it. Only rarely mess up drinks. Go for something that doesn't require toasting/melting. A few issues with food safety practices on rare occasions (improper glove usage etc) but nothing that was super scary if you can close your eyes and hope they wash their hands and change their gloves out of sight of the window (could have been a new staff member, maybe they received coaching out of sight, we hope). A cheesy bean and rice burrito is always perfect though!

  Manager cares more about the company dime over correcting mistakes for customer. I spent an hour in the store trying to get an order remade that was stolen from a Doordash customer. They refused to remake the order saying that the store wouldnt get their money if they remade the order despite app instructions confirming that they would be reimbursed. Customer support for Doordash attempted to call and they had their phone either disconnected or the line was down and they had no idea, so they could not or WOULD not make contact with support to fix the issue. Customer was completely broke and as many of us know, Doordash is a terrible company that does have terrible refund policies. While this is not the fault of the employees at Taco Bell, their manager absolutely has the power to make an order that is UNDER $50 to help their customers get what they need. I am not a personal believer that the customer is always right, but this situation is very clear and this customer deserved so much better. Do better for your community and treat your fellow human as YOU would wish to be treated.

  I spent over 60 dollars here and everything was trash ! All of it barely had anything in it ! The potatoes were cold .. it was all cold . You need To have adults working in there not a bunch of collage kids ! Never have a good experience here anymore they forgot stuff and when I went to get it whatever they gave me they should have just kept there was nothing in it ! I'm so upset!!! You cant Eat anywhere in Morehead it's just kids working everywhere and they don't know what they are doing hire some adults !!!
