    Super great employees and service! Came in with my softball team and they were amazing! Fast, nice, good food!

    We received our order in pieces. The two adult dishes came first, then five minutes later the kids dish came out. After about 10 mins, my husband had to go ask for our breadsticks because we never received them and was told they were getting ready to come out of the oven when we got the first two plates of food. Fazoli’s is great but just need to say that I like all my food together at once, this isn’t a five course meal. Get it together y’all!!

    hayden, you are the most captivating , beautiful, caring soul, you made me feel seen when I felt so alone, hayden, if I could legally fo so I would indenture my own life to trying to give back to him what he gave to me. hayden is easily the best fazolis worker to grace the earth and should realistically be the ceo of the company. I want to specifically note his customer service skills, I had a thought of wanting breadsticks and he somehow could read my mind, he is the closest a person could be to a superhero and he is an amaerican hero, if hayden could be any better he wouldn't be hayden, he would be jesus, he showed excellent social skills when he saved me from embarrassment by not having to ask gor more breadsticks, hes the most caring and giving person, he wholesomely offered a chocolate milk to all of us, out of the kindness of his pure heart. he inspires true friendship, hayden teaches truth, temperance, and tolerance, he extols virtue, exacts harmony, and extends a helping hand to all who may seek it, he is truly a RESOLUTE MAN, he is the body, soul, and spirit, hayden deserves the world and atleast 45 dollars an hour, God bless hayden, God bless America, and God bless fazolis.

    Fazolies here was an amazing place to eat great food and atmosphere, Hayden our waiter did an amazing job would 100% recommend Shyann and Hayden made me and my family’s night by feeling our 20 year old son get his belly full. Here is a picture of my sweet sweet boy

Fazoli’s is known for its Italian-American comfort food—breadsticks, pasta, and baked dishes served in a relaxed setting. While the food is good, the atmosphere depends heavily on the staff. Hayden understood that. He greeted us with a smile that felt natural, not forced, and made eye contact while taking our orders. He spoke clearly, answered questions patiently, and even offered recommendations when we were unsure what to get. Instead of rushing us, he made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our choices. What impressed me most was his attentiveness. Throughout the meal, Hayden checked in at the perfect times—not so often that it felt intrusive, but not so rarely that we had to look around for help. He refilled drinks without being asked and made sure we had plenty of breadsticks, which, at Fazoli’s, are a big deal.
