  My partner and I came in about an hour ago today with company of their service dog. We came in, caused no issues and went up to the line to order. As me and my partner where talking amongst ourselves, we got told that we would have to leave, as animals are not allowed. I then explained that the dog with us is a service animal and therefore has public access rights. She said, "It doesnt matter, no animals, thats just what I've been told. You can go sit outside on the patio, though." The patio does not have a ramp to it, so my partner would not have been able to get to it anyways, as they are in a wheel chair. Not wanting to cause a scene, me and my partner were forced to leave. We still needed dinner, though, and as we were already there and had walked (and wheeled) all this way, I went back inside, leaveing my partner outside on the sidewalk, thinking it wouldn't take long to get my food. It then took at least 20 minutes for me to receive my food, as my partner was forced to sit outside on the side walk alone in the cold. This is genuinely unacceptable and is against ADA law. We will be filling a formal complaint.

  Went though drive though ordered a flamethrower double burger bo lettuce no tomato no pickles, small coke no ice , double cheese burger only ketchup and cheese, coke had ice it, got a double cheese burger not a flame thrower, the double with only cheese and ketchup had pickle and mustard, not a good place to order from I will not go back to this resturant I hope morehead gets better resturants

  Spent $38 just to receive the wrong order (probably because they were too busy talking the entire time I was trying to place my order) and they wouldn't fix it. I highly recommend going to the other dq in Morehead. Don't waste your money here!

  The workers were very rude did not say anything to us the whole time and was mean about us asking for a receipt
