- CRCharlotte Rose2 days ago1.0i’m gonna be honest, every. single. time. i go here to get a drink, it’s ALWAYS the wrong one. someone please explain to me why my pomegranate smoothie is WHITE. like how does that happen? i asked for a pink mermaid chiller one time, it came to me orange. the taste is always so wrong and it is definitely an outlier in all of the 7brews in louisville. i would avoid this one like the plague. if you’re spending $9+ on a drink it needs to be what you ordered. the whole staff should be retrained. so if you don’t care to spend $10 for a botched drink, i would recommend this place.

Along with the line taking forever. I’m always late to work waiting in line for more than 15 minutes. One line is always faster than the other and you have to basically just guess which one is going to be the one that day. I love seven brew but this location just disappoints.
