They take forever to make drinks, you have multiple workers just chilling in the front of the building talking to each other instead of walking down the line of cars and taking orders (like the St. Matthews location does and they are faster and have better service). One afternoon during a week day I came to get a drink and one of the teen workers spent at least 4 minutes talking to a car of teens all the while you had cars just lined up waiting to place their orders. I’m all for teens having jobs but please train your teen workers on customer service and getting the job done!

I love coming here before school or before church! The workers are always super sweet! Such a great spot for coffee! The one thing that would make this place better is if they had some type of food to go with the coffee!! Other than that this place is great!

You can really tell they care about their customers, and they make the experience at 7 Brew absolutely wonderful. We’re not from the area but make it a point to stop when we’re there, because this is one of our favorite locations!
