  Waited a hour already still in line holding on more items we pre ordered online 30 mins before and still not ready hopefully they can get to us soon because im late to get back from lunch and want even get to eat everyone seem confused at orders had to explain 3 times what we had gotten still setting hour and 15 mins later

  Never puts lettuce on their burgers. All other restaurants have lettuce on the burgers. This is next to Walmart and they could easily get some lettuce. On the occasions they do have lettuce which is rare , they use kale. Yuck! No wonder they lose sells.

  One Star is even too much. They deserve no stars for the service we received today 4/14/26 @ 5:00 pm. We sat 15 minutes at the ordering machine before anyone even took our order. There was only 1 vehicle ahead of us at the window, and they were waiting in their food. The girl taking the order was too busy cutting up and goofing off with her coworkers to get our order right. When we finally pulled up to the window, we sat there another 15-20 minutes, without paying, and could hear her still going on and on with her coworkers. Even heard some not so customer friendly jokes. She was leaned over a counter instead of letting us pay. When we finally gave her our payment, and that took another 10 minutes. Our overall experience with this Wendy’s was very unprofessional. If the workers would focus more on their jobs instead of trying to gossip and play around, they might could serve more customers and get them in and out quicker. The older employees actually looked upset or disgusted by what was going on as well. If I was the manager, I would absolutely write up everyone involved, or find new workers.

  Order wendy's on door dash and someone stole it thought it wouldn't be a big deal since doordash refunded it so I reorder on door dash and got a new person to get it wendy's would NOT make the new order and wanted to fight with us about it already being sent out even though it was a reorder and they should of already made it again , needless to say wendy's wouldn't make my food i paid 40 dallors for and wanted to argue with us and are dasher over a reorder because the frist was stolen
