  I dined in yesterday about 3pm with my family. A older heavyset. employee. came from the back with a very foul mouth. I explained to him I have kids here with me and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I heard one of the other employees call his name. His name is jared. He is very unprofessional. With that being said the other employ Told me he was the manager. I guess if that is how this place is run I will not be back.

  Latest update: General manager called me directly and made it right. She is taking care of the problem and I feel she is doing the right thing. Another manager spoke to me the next day and apologized for the other managers behavior and was very sincere. This is how you weed out the bad workers is by working together because whoever owns this business would not have a company if we don’t stand together and speak up when something is wrong. Owner needs to get a hold of this store! I originally called in to see if you offered dine in seating as it varies from each Pizza Hut. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude by sighing and telling me we could dine in. I also asked her what time they closed so I would not walk in while it may be time for closing. She was rude again and sighed and said 11:00pm. We were just getting off of work and it was 9:23. We walked in at 9:38pm and no one would come to us. I asked the delivery guy if he could get someone to seat us and he said he would. He got the red headed young girl and told her she had someone waiting and she hollered out “I KNOOOW!!!”. I then explained that I was the one who called in for dine in and she smarted off and said well go sit down!! I then asked for her manager. An old lady came from the back and I went to explain what had just happened and she stopped me and said well we are trying to clean. I said Ma’am it is 9:30pm and you close the dining room at 11pm what does that have to do with her being rude? I then realized that I wasn’t getting anywhere and me and my 3 employees walked out. We are from out of town working on a commercial building and had just worked a 12 hour shift. We just wanted to eat. You need a new crew because they are running off the customers that you have.

  The service is terrible. We walked In, not greeted by anyone. Someone finally came out. We asked if we seated ourselves, order first then be seated or if we let them seat us. The girl was rude and said in a loud obnoxious tone “you can sit”. Asked for the manager and the manager said we are cleaning, we close at 11. We said so you start cleaning at 930? She said well we have dishes, you can sit down. We are from out of town, here working and just wanted to sit down and have a meal after a long hard days work. I understand that being in the food service industry is hard, but to treat people so rude is uncalled for.

  I ordered a 3 treat box. Both pizzas were entirely wrong.. called the store, they said the only way for them to remake the food is if I brought the pizza back. Given they had just made me wait 40 minutes for the first pizzas I said I wasn’t doing that again and settled for store credit. No wonder they are failing.

  Stuffed crust pizza didn’t have hardly any sauce on it or cheese but the cheese sticks where alright
