I finally called and asked where my order was and was told it was cancelled because I didn’t leave a room number! A Papa John’s vehicle never drove by, nor entered the parking lot (although the driver said he did. I decided to wait for the driver, rather than expect him to come upstairs in bad weather with a large order. I was told I could wait another 30 minutes for my order. They never offered an apology, discount, nothing. I canceled the order and ordered domino’s with no issues. I asked for a refund and it was refunded, but my card was later charged a completely different amount! Stay away until they get new management. It’s such a shame, they used to be a dependable, efficient place to order food for a large group.

Each time it’s been nearly an hour and one time longer. Before this I have had to cancel the order after waiting that long. The staff just stand back there and talk while one person is working trying to get all the pizzas made. Looks like from other reviews I am not the only one experiencing this.
