  Drove 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back to pick up pizzas. Got one large, one medium and a small cheesestick. Total was $43 with a 20% coupon. Got home and they gave me the wrong pizza. Would make it right unless I drove it back to them to look at!!! Here’s your proof that you put pineapple and mushroom on my pizza papa John’s!

  Horrible experience! After traveling 12 hours, I stood in the parking lot of our hotel for 40ish minutes because the pizza was “on the way”. I finally called and asked where my order was and was told it was cancelled because I didn’t leave a room number! A Papa John’s vehicle never drove by, nor entered the parking lot (although the driver said he did. I decided to wait for the driver, rather than expect him to come upstairs in bad weather with a large order. I was told I could wait another 30 minutes for my order. They never offered an apology, discount, nothing. I canceled the order and ordered domino’s with no issues. I asked for a refund and it was refunded, but my card was later charged a completely different amount! Stay away until they get new management. It’s such a shame, they used to be a dependable, efficient place to order food for a large group.

  It’s getting ridiculous. For the last three times I have ordered pizza here it’s been a carry to be ready in 20 minutes. Each time it’s been nearly an hour and one time longer. Before this I have had to cancel the order after waiting that long. The staff just stand back there and talk while one person is working trying to get all the pizzas made. Looks like from other reviews I am not the only one experiencing this.

  I called in an order for two large pizzas. The female on the phone said it would be ready in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk in to pick up my Pizzas. She asked my name then she started skimming through the computer. Then she looked at me and said it will be ready in about 30 minutes. I said I called 30 minutes ago and you guys said it would be ready. She said “well we keep getting orders.” I said, forget it and walked out. But now I wished I ask questions. I don’t know if that meant every time someone orders, theirs gets placed ahead of mine or what? Personally, I don’t think they even put my order in to begin with. Either way, I’m definitely not ordering from them again. Whoever manages this place really needs to take a good look at what’s going on.
