We took it back and they cooked us another one. It was even more raw than the first. I tried emailing the franchise but it kicked back.

It's always great, but I wanted to note that on today's visit, the person who made my bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles really understood the assignment. There was a layer of pickles half an inch thick. I choose to believe the person making my burger thought to him/herself "Extra pickles? Say no more" and proceeded to create a pickle masterpiece. I'll be chasing that pickle perfection for the rest of my life. Thank you for the extra pickle attention. I'll continue to stop by on my future travels.
