- AMAndrew MorganNov 3, 20251.0We placed a mobile order and came through the Drive-thru at the pick up time. There was a bit of a line but we was ok with a bit of a wait. However it quickly became obvious that the Drive-thru was not a priority. With atleast 5 cars behind us we waited 15 minutes at the speaker and was not greeted. After we pull past the speaker we clearly see the car in front of us (at the DT Window) recieve our drinks and recipe and give them back. Once we arrived at the window, the cashier attempted too give us the same drinks and foods that was handed too the other car. We love coming to this dunkin but this was possibly the worst service I have ever received, with 2 Starbucks in town I am now questioning whether it is worth it too return.

- MLMB LSep 16, 20251.0what a terrible experience: service, food and drink. when they handed me the latte through the window I thought it felt really light. when I took a drink I realized it was all foam. I did call and say this was my experience and they were not surprised. they actually said "our lattes are about 75% foam" . Skip this place and find another optionto grab a good cup of coffee because you're not going to get it here. also, the glazed donut that they sell at speedway is better than what they're selling here

They screwed up my first order then I asked for something completely different and they half did the order. I asked for espresso shot in my cold brew, but they only made the cold brew. Besides that one girl with the glasses who was very bubbly open and friendly everybody else just seem dry unwelcoming and frankly, it just felt like they didn’t wanna serve me. Never again
