    Huge shout-out to the Mayfield Papa Johns crew! The service here is consistently outstanding. My order is always hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, which makes a huge difference. Best pizza experience in town—highly recommend!

    Each time I walk inside to pick up an order, I am told the order is on the make ready. It hasn't made a difference whether I am waiting a half hour to walk in since placing an order. I don't understand why they're making it upon arrival versus having it ready after 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Someone came in and ordered, paid and left with their food before me and my order was on hold for pickup for 32 minutes and change.

    Gave this business another shot after a year of not doing business with them for horrible service and I can honestly say no improvement at all and I won't be supporting them in the future and anyone that wants decent service and quality pizza shouldn't either. We placed an online order for delivery. They delivered to the wrong address then we called and they corrected, only to get the wrong pizza, called and was told ole well we didn't make a mistake deal with it were not bringing you another one. I called back again, the lady that answered said she was boss/owner and she didn't make mistake she read order correctly at first, then said we ordered what they brought us, when I told her what our online order stated we ordered she continued to argue saying I was wrong she was reading it off her screen and I could come up there and read it on and on, absolutely ridiculous then she made a comment about her boss would tell me the same thing, although she had stated she was the boss/owner! All I can say is a spinach pizza is not a pepperoni & banana pepper pizza no where close. Whether this rude idiot was the owner/boss or just a stupid rude employee, when a customer calls and is treated as rudely as you treated me/us, you need to remember some people know a lot of people and word of mouth goes a long way in a small town, so for all my friends I won't be supporting PJ anymore and fall victim to poor quality and very poor service. I'll go back to a place where my money is appreciate, the service is good, the price can't be beat Little Caesars and the owner really appreciates her customers, hopefully soon they'll be able to have delivery! Until then it'll be worth the drive as PJ doesn't deserve mine or anyone else's business if they can't treat people with respect.

    Worst experience I've ever encountered with a pizza place I called and ordered two Papa Diaz and paid over the phone driver got here with one papa deal unpaid for so I call the store back and the lady was so rude that they had my order wrong and was unpaid for when she was incorrect and did not know she was talking about and didn't take the time to understand the reasoning or even help make the situation correct I literally waited an hour for food that I ordered and got no help and completely disrespected I will never encounter this store again and I hope that anybody else that uses this place doesn't have this experience it was horrible worst Papa John's in the world and Papa John's Pizza is my favorite it ain't about the store the franchise it's about who is working for them whoever that lady was has no business working there or in any customer service position in my opinion
