- CAChristie AtwillDec 29, 20253.0Went through the drive thru and the young man on the speaker taking the order was not only far from cheerful he kept interrupting while placing the order with "is there anything else" order may come out right if the staff taking the order would listen to the people ordering. Then we had to pull into a spot because I am sure it is because of no salt fries, which is okay but the "pleasant" worker that brought us our meal just kinda handed it in the car and barely even said Thank you! Management, teach these young people manners or put them on the grill or fryer where they dont have to talk to customers. People skills go a long way with me! Food was hot and fine so I can't complain about that.

I use delivery frequently and have never had a bad experience until last night. And the pickles on the sandwiches tasted bad. And my 8 dollar chicken sandwich was so rubbery we couldn’t chew it. Gross. I noticed the order was done really fast which is not like them at all. It was 70 dollars worth of food wasted.

The Mayfield McDonald's is consistently the worst location for quality of food and service. When I have to eat there I order a mcdouble with extra onion, over the last few months they deliberately put no onion on there, not even the normal amount but for some reason load it with pickles. Tonight my burger even had pickles between the patties. On top of the poor food quality/not made to order specs... the wait time is always excessive. Poorly made food at an incredibly slow pace, I cant for the life of me understand why there is any business there. And when we got home with our food we realized one of our fries were missing.

So without knowing I needed up going to the drive thru to get my order and get told I have to come inside. Glad I’m not disabled because they’d make someone that’s a quadriplegia go inside after they paid. People running the mic were very disrespectful and not willing to help. Happened at 7:30pm 12-19-25. Do better!

The last time I ordered one they took so long I had to leave before I got it, so I just wasted points. This happens too often.
