  It is truly hit or miss. There are some great staff and some who clearly should not work with the public. Order is right about 70-80% of the time. You are pulled forward or to the side frequently with upwards of 5-15 minute wait times - though we have waited as long as 27 minutes. We’ve had the window slammed in our face before after refusing to pull forward for fountain drinks! Drinks! Definitely better morning service than evening. No clue what happens between 3-4 pm but expect to sit and wait, even if they aren’t super busy. We stopped ordering the frozen drinks because the machine was constantly “in a defrost cycle”. We pay the extra for the frozen drink and they want to replace with a fountain drink without refunding the difference. Last time we ordered pancakes they charged like .60c for syrup and didn’t bother to put it in the bag. We went in told them we were missing the syrup. The woman at the counter shrugged and said “it happens” as if it was no big deal - no apology. Should not be charging for syrup with pancakes to begin with, but if you do it definitely shouldn’t be left out so often that it’s accepted as common.

  The app never works correctly, Everytime I come to McDonald's they are always out of something or something isn't working right. I never get to get what I want and if I do get what I wants it's not fresh like it should be. I'm eating 3 stars only bc the same woman, I can't remember her name correctly I do think it was Amber though, has gave me my frappe when the app wasn't working 2 of the times I tried to order it when it was supposed to be free since I was redeeming points off the app... She is always super nice and since she had already made the drink instead of it being dumped out and wasted I still got it which is why I keep coming back to this McDonald's.. I understand how everything isn't always going to be perfect in fast food. So the gesture was more than appreciated.

  They were very busy with drive through and a big order in front. Should have also paid attention to the front, when we got our food order was wrong had to yell to the back to get help.
