I did the app, it wasn't ready, even though I was late. I drove exactly 2 minutes, was eating within another 2, pretty certain that drive time is not what made a difference. Restaurant was clean. Staff was polite.

Longest wait time I've ever had, probably 20 minutes. no smile from cashier and I , felt rushed. Foul music blaring on the speakers referencing drugs. I received a cold baked potato and my burger had stale buns. Very high price for subpar quality. No one was friendly except whoever the man was taking out the garbage at the time. Wendy's just isn't what it used to be and I was highly disappointed
