Wendy's just isn't what it used to be and I was highly disappointed

I looked in the bag and I had no sauce so we sat there and waiting for to come back and she opened the window and said “what” and we told her we needed sauce. She gave me 2 sauces even though I order a 20 piece nugget. Usually service is alright but whoever that woman is needs to be fired!
