  This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to fast food or not. I was having issues with my card with my son. We were on our way to the hospital for tests because he has been having many health issues. He was hungry and was tired but I promised him that I’d take him to his favorite restaurant in Madisonville which is Fazoli’s. He had been talking about it for thirty minutes. Morgan and the entire staff took such great care trying to help in every single way possible with my problematic situation. I was so embarrassed that my card was malfunctioning but not once did they ever make us feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and not valued. The food was delicious and warm. The kindness and compassion was even more. You could tell that the staff love what they do and take care of their own and their customers. If I could, I would give them a 10/10 stars for a clean restaurant, kindness beyond words, the wonderful food, and for the love they extended to a stranger who is a struggling single mom who loves her children beyond words. Thank you for your support, service, and kindness. May every single person who comes in to dine treat you with gratitude, respect, and support. Please be kind and loving to this beautiful team. This company should do everything possible to keep this staff long term for the success of this franchise. Again my most sincere thanks.

  My kids play sports so we spend a lot of time in the car traveling to games and practices. We stopped late just to grab dinner on our way home, and Morgan was the only worker in the building. Her attitude combined with the service combined with the food made it 1 of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks Morgan

  Charged me more for the same food my sister ordered. Proceeded to not refund me and charge me correctly but handed me cash from the drawer. Guy at the register also had an earbud in his ear so i wonder if thats why he didn't charge me correctly in the first place because he could not hear me.
