Occasionally, they are out, and I order an everything bagel exactly the same way. Today, I had to substitute for everything bagel, which is what I received ⁶ my daughter ordered the same toasted with her cream cheese on the bagel. My point is twofold. 1st, it is 2.99 for the bagel with cream cheese on the bagel or 1.99 for the bagel and 1.99 for the cream cheese on the side, making it roughly $4.00 for the same thing. I said just never mind on the cream cheese, paid and drove away. Upon opening my bagel it was CUT and TOASTED. My daughter showed me the paper on the bag, clearly stated, just the opposite! I drove over 30 miles to go to Dunkin Donuts Madisonville, which I won't be doing again! Yes, I know I could have gone in and had it corrected, but after all that, I really didn't want it! 😕
