  Recently visited 7 Brew in Madisonville. My spouse and I were on a road trip visiting family in the area and noticed this establishment always has customers. Huge variety of drinks, hot or cold. We ordered a creme brulee and a mocha, both on ice. Both were smooth, with great taste and not bitter. We will be back - there is so much variety to try. Service was great and efficient, we ordered and were served quickly.

  Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while now! I personally don’t like coffee however, when I went the other night the girl that took our order, Layken, recommended one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever had from there! I definitely will be getting that drink again, and hope I see the worker for more recommendations!

  1 Star There is little to no oversight at this location, and no one takes ownership when issues need to be escalated. This was my third attempt to purchase gift cards: • First visit: nearly a 30-minute wait • Second visit: completely out of gift cards • Third visit: spent $750 on 30 gift cards and was unable to get a proper receipt After insisting (because this was a work expense), I was handed 22 individual verification slips instead of an itemized receipt—and was told they “aren’t allowed” to provide the remaining ones… despite the fact that I purchased 30 cards. When I asked for escalation, I was told: “It was $750 — you’re good.” That response alone says everything about the lack of professionalism and accountability. Requesting a general manager’s contact went nowhere—I was instead handed a sticky note and told to leave my information. At that point, it was clear no one on shift had the authority or competence to resolve a basic transactional issue. I will distribute the gift cards and will not return. 7 Brew—customers spending hundreds of dollars shouldn’t have to fight this hard for a receipt.

  Great coffee and flavors to choose from. They have refreshers and milkshakes too! They also have muffin tops (lemon poppy seed is my fav). Layken always gives the best recommendations for what you are looking for. They can literally make about any flavor you’d like. Large blondie sugar free is my go to $7.85 doesn’t break the bank either.

  I am wanting to leave a 5 star review for one of your wonderful workers Morgan. She is there almost everytime I happen to stop to grab my doggy a pup cup and me a drink. She is the sweetest person who is always smiling , helpful and kind. And I want to add that this is not just with me, but I notice as she is waiting on other customers she has the same happy bubbly personality with each one. She also was very helpful in fixing my wrong order once and got it corrected with no issues. With all the negative comments/reviews about other attitudes of the workers I’ve seen and long wait times or wrong orders I think maybe someone needs to work on customer service and take sone lessons from how Morgan goes about doing her job and with efficiency.
