  The person who served me that day was very arrogant, and most of the items on the menu were unavailable—a very bad experience, really!!!

  I hate this location they are always so rude and even when I order on DoorDash, they still never make my order correct and then they are rude to my DoorDash or when I have my DoorDash correct them about my order

  I don’t have super high standards for fast food but our entire order was disgusting. They made my husband wait for food that was cold, old, and the salad (which was $9) was yellow and brown with hardly any green. Both of our chicken sandwiches were dry as hockey pucks. Fries were decent. So $20+ for a meal that was appalling. They should’ve closed this one when they said they were going to a couple years ago. There’s a ton of other options on Cane Run - steer clear from this one for your own benefit.

  SERIOUS QUESTION??? Is this Wendy’s EVER gonna get better? If this store was ran better. It would be such a high volume store. But nobody wants to come here because the service is the SLOWEST of any fast food I’ve ever been too. The amount of cars a see pull off cause the get tired of waiting is astounding. I like right done the street so I come back every few weeks in hopes it gets better but it doesn’t at all. I don’t wanna be that guy that says I worked in the industry. I know how it goes. But I am I’m a general manager at a fast food restaurant. I don’t expect all restaurants to be as fast as we are. Our average speed of service is 180 seconds that’s from speaker to done. But every time I come here, it doesn’t matter if there’s one car ahead of me no cars ahead of me 10 cars ahead of me. I’m waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes At a minimum. I’ve told him a couple times they said they were closed for shift change. I just wanted to get better. Not only for me, but for the community. I don’t want to see a close its doors. This location has very much potential. It’s on a very busy road and it caters to this community. I doubt anybody will read this or respond. I would just rather come here much more often than every few weeks or months Because I know the service is gonna suck

  I have ordered using the mobile app a few times. 2 delivery and 3 pickup. Out of those 5 orders, 4 times my order was wrong. It's like they decided what to give you. I always have at least 1 missing item and 1 item exchanged for something that I didn't order. Also the manager doesn't live up to her promises for a refund and then lies about it. I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here if you want it because you'll probably get something you didn't order and have something else missing.
