  Can not even put up a sign to indicate drive thru is closed. Might as well close it down.

  I had heard that this was the worst Wendy’s in town, but I went anyway. I ordered the number two baconator with a large Diet Coke. When I got my receipt, it stated that I had ordered a double cheeseburger. I showed the receipt to the lady, trying to hand me my food and told her I actually ordered the number two not a double cheeseburger. She proceeded to tell me that’s not why I ordered, but then a supervisor pulled her back into the window. A few minutes later, she comes back with a different bag. She then proceeds to tell me that to order the baconator I need to order the number two and that is not what I ordered. She said I ordered the number one. I said no ma’am I ordered the baconator all the time. It’s the only sandwich I eat here. I know I ordered the number two. She still decides that she wants to argue with me. I drove off after saying that I couldn’t believe she would stand there and argue with customers. This is the second issue I’ve had here of lousy customer service I would avoid this Wendy’s at all costs.

  Slow service, incorrect food order provided. Don't go here or any Wendy's. Service has sucked since 2020 and the food has gone downhill.

  They were terrible at taking the order through the drive through, the woman out back taking the orders was rushing us and they failed to give us straws. We paid for over $40 worth of food and we only got 2 out of 4 items and when we went back to receive the missing items they claimed we only ordered the items that we received yet we paid way more than the value of two items. The people working were just rude in general and did not have good customer service whatsoever. They did not even issue a refund for the missing items that we never received. They can check the cameras on how mistreated and unprofessional the staff was. We will not be returning and these workers should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

  This is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Most of the time the food is gross. The service is absolutely terrible. An they are insanely slow there can be like four people in the line and it will take like 45 minutes. Would be nice if the workers where is interested in actually working as they are chatting. When you have a giant line it's probably not the best time to start talking about what you're going to do this weekend for 10 mins.
