Asked for half and half tea and they need to learn to ask. I got an Arnold Palmer and it was all sweet. I'm diabetic. Wanted half sweet, half unsweet.

Finally someone comes out and asked me what my order was again. They ask me to pull over to a parking spot. I proceed to sit there another 5 minutes before they bring the food out. They weren't busy. I was literally the only car in line. Really bad service.
- JJJCMar 1, 20262.0Waiting on food in a drive thru was long. We got order and items where missing. I had ask for straws. The had me pull forward while we waited for order. I had to catch an employee on other side of building to try to correct the order. The employee was trying to help us, but still made another mistake. No corrective measures were given to us for the multiple mistakes or the length of we were in line waiting on order. But another problem, the pavement in the driveway hasn't gotten fixed. You have to watch the potholes and people from the Greyhound bus station while driving around the drive thru because the people are not watching out for safety. Having people walking around from all area makes it unsafe. I come here alot. I mention the problems about the drive thru pavement and its still not fixed. I must take a break from this location until the drive thru pavement gets fixed. Now, it's time for me to point out these issues here.
