    This location is listed as being open until 1 am on Google. The marque sign out front also says it is open until 1 am. Yet upon arriving more than 20 minutes before close, employees ignored us and then finally yelled that "we are closed" without explanation or apology. Zero stars.

    I ordered food through the drive through that I found a bandaid in. If this location was following proper food safety and correctly training their employees, that employee should have been wearing a glove over the bandaid or not at work. They admitted that their employee was not following protocol. I have been in contact with the manager of this location and the district manager, who told me they would refund my food. on 3/23/26 I was told that I would receive a refund for the food, but as of 4/3/26 I still have not been refunded. I emailed both of them again on 4/1/26 saying that I have not received a refund and received no response from either person to that email on 4/1. Not only do they not follow proper food safety, they are not refunding orders that their employees literally contaminated. Edit to update: as of 4/6/26 I still do not have the refund. I submitted this review on 4/3/26 and very soon after submitting this negative review, I district manager responded to my email saying she would check up on this. The manager of this Wendy's responded to those emails on 4/5/26, saying she would "check on this and get back to me'. Initially in my review I did not mention about how the manager hung up on me when I initially called to notify them about the baidaid in my food. When I first called the store after seeing the bandaid, I was immediately put on hold, then after a few minutes I was hung up on. The manager later explained that the hang up was a accident (and I gave them the benefit of the doubt), but after reading other reviews of this specific Wendy's, hanging up on customers seems to be a common issue and I wanted to add that they are continuing to do this.

    I ordered two plain baked potatoes and the total was $5.49. The person working the drive-thru did not give me the price of what I had ordered, so I had to ask… When I got to the window the potatoes were ruined from being in the ‘hot light’ long enough for the potatoes to lose their consistency. As I type this I still have not received my refund and when I call their number it says they don’t have a working number. It seems more like a prime piece of real-estate than a Wendy’s. I just want my refund and I may have to go there in person to get it tomorrow.

    This is by far, the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go my order is incorrect or has items missing. On top of that, the quality is in the trash. This time around I got a taco salad and a large fry. What I got was a taco salad and the nastiest chili I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. This was after they clarified my order 3 times in the drive thru and made me wait over 15 mins for my order when no one else was in line or in the store. Do NOT go to this Wendy’s. There’s a Mcdonald’s down the street along with Canes and Taco Bell who have much better quality service and food compared to this place.

    Absolute garbage establishment. Honestly an emotional turmoil every time I've stepped foot in this establishment. Half a decade of disappointment. Complete perfect track record of finding the most hateful humans to work in it as well. Ive seen everything from trash on the floor to workers accompanying customers of the opposite sex to the bathroom while on shift. Not only was I accused of trying to steal the meal i just waited 25 minutes on in the drive through. Half of it was also incorrect. Please never waste your time, stress, or money at this place
