  Terribly incompetent staff. At the drive thru, I waited over 20 mins for my food (a basic biggie bag). While the staff played and cutup.

  Should be zero stars. In town visiting. Somebody else had the car. Walked in below freezing temps thru the snow about a mile. Get there and the doors are locked. It wasn’t even 6:30 pm. Only restaurant within walking distance. Guess no hot meal for me tonight.

  The manager during Breakfast/Lunch is very helpful and has a great attitude! Very good customer service. 5⭐️

  I attempted to order 3 or 4 things that were clearly on the menu, only to be told that they were "out of that" , or " we don't serve that at this location" or "that is no longer available..." The employee attending the drive thru speaker was a bit rude and the fries were cold. Dave ThomI as would not be pleased.

  Depending on the manager and the time you're there for your service I try to redeem rewards points and said I shouldn't have to use a purpose of purchase to do so animals told this ain't McDonald's I was kind of insulted and confused I just left the premises
