  Their food has been excellent. Even during they're lunch hour, the wait has been minimal.

  Went through the drive through this evening. Ordered a biggie bites bag. Was given a soda and my sandwich, no fries. I specifically asked after I was handed my food “I ordered the biggie bites bag, isn’t it supposed to come with something other than the sandwich?” To which I was told no, that’s it. I needed to get where I was going and left, thinking I was just wrong about what it came with. Looked it up and no, they just gave me half my meal and told me I was wrong when I questioned it.

  I was not even able to complete my order because the lady working the drive through was a complete smart ass and was trying to argue with me about my order. I said “can I get a spicy #3 meal, large, with a coke please?” She responded unintelligibly so I repeated my order because I was not able to comprehend what she was saying. Then she responds, with an attitude saying, “so u wanna large coke as your dipping sauce?” I’m not sure why she felt the need to act like this. I literally could not believe that she was trying to talk back and be a smart ass to someone she’s never met. If you don’t want to work customer service, then don’t. No one is forcing you.

  Stop by to get lunch. Was served a cold undercooked junior bacon cheeseburger. It completely raw once I split it in half.

  Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here yesterday. I was visiting a very dear friend that was in the ICU. I needed something quick to eat to beat traffic heading home. I will say this is a very convenient location, just right off the highway & a block away from the hospital. I had good service but that was pretty much it. Everything I ordered was cold & old. I needed food obv. but man what a let down. Bathroom was also gross with random trash in it. Was not impressed whatsoever. Abysmal.
