  I absolutely love TSC... Middletown, KY is my go to location. Best Bahama Mama, chicken bacon ranch, with pepper jack cheese.

  All tropical smoothie cafes are yummy, this one goes above and beyond in customer care & service. They remember my name, my order, how many tomatoes I like LOL!! They don’t have to do that, but they do. They’re the best here!

  This is a great place! I visit every morning and they are always welcoming, quick and courteous.

  I stop by this location for a smoothie and some food. The man fixing my food was barefoot. I reported this incident to tropical smoothie who didn’t even issue me a refund even though I threw my food in the garbage

  Went into this location to redeem my VIP smoothie card that I have received from a manager at the time working at that location last year. The card is still valid however, when I entered the establishment to redeem it. They said because the card had a different address that I had to redeem it over there. But, I never ordered at that location and a manager who was working that day is the one who gave it to me. This is most likely why I'll never return.
