  We were in from frankfort after a hair appointment. The man that took my order was very polite, happy and had a positive attitude. I had placed an online drive thru order. When he read it back to me to make sure he had it correct , he was so nice. His customer service was top notch! I ended up not choosing soft shell as I thought, went back through and told him and he easily with no problem rang me up for two soft shells and made them quickly! the food was sooooo good. My kids ate every bite. It was fresh and hot. I would definetly recommend this location and will be back!

  As a Taco Bell goes one of the better ones in the West end of Louisville bye Dollar tree and Citi trends
