  They didn't give us the chicken tenders & the nachos were loose in the bag. I looked for the bag, there was none. The rest of the order was great, it was hot and very tasty. We had a fairly large order & it was delivered so I'm not going to get too bent about it. We get great service at the drive thru, been going here for many, many years

  This is not acceptable, especially for a repeat customer. I have been ordering the same items from this location consistently, so I know what to expect in both taste and quality. My most recent order was clearly not prepared properly. The food had an abnormal taste and the condition of the bag and contents showed excessive oil saturation that is not consistent with normal preparation. Because of how unusual this was, I immediately stopped eating it. I have retained my receipt and photo evidence of the food condition and have preserved the remaining food. I am requesting that management review the handling and preparation of this order, as well as preserve any relevant surveillance footage from the time of purchase. I will escalate this further if necessary. Until this is addressed, I strongly advise others to check their food carefully before consuming. This was purchased on 03/18/2026 (Order #283).

  Tables are sticky floors are dirty.man works register picks stuff off floor makes food without changing gloves
