  Came here for lunch around 12:03 pm Monday April 6 since my daughter has 2 appointments in Louisville KY today from a 3 hour drive, but no one acknowledged us when walking in, we wanted to use bathroom so we could wash our hands and they said bathroom was closed, we went to order food and had to use the terminal that I have never done before took a minute for me to figure it out, why couldn't they just help us or take our order from registers. We got stared at Idk if it was because we was white but they was rude and not very helpful. The food came out wrong I ordered the chicken burrito the grilled cheese chicken burrito and there was no chicken in it!! For $7.00 to have no chicken wasted my money .I didn't go get my money back or nothing because I feel they wouldn't have helped me out anyways because of my skin color and how rude they was when walking in. The fries wasn't even done all the way either the nacho fries. Place needs to be investigated and dirty it smells really bad as well. Wish we just went somewhere else but daughter wanted taco bell we just didn't know we will experience what we had to experience in getting food. 😡

  Just had a mobile order take 20 minutes due to manager Kayla’s incompetence. I watched her stand around and do everything but help her team get food out the door. I literally watched this woman pick her nose then bag food without washing/gloving, the weirdest moment was when she grabbed two large Nerf water guns and started moving them around the kitchen. Kayla was incredibly rude when I expressed concern about my wait and these issues, trying to say none it happened. I encourage corporate to review the security footage from 8:50-9:20pm EST on 3/28/26. It should be good for a laugh before you look for new leadership.

  This location you never know what your gonna get day to day but seems they lack more than good ...leave alot of items out of your order and you tend to have to pull back around in 10 mins even if your ordered online an waited 10 mins to even leave your house... however most of the staff thats been there awhile are pretty hospitable.
