I had a horrible experience at this location. Went to this Taco Bell location around midnight and told them I had a gift card. When I got to the window I explained to the employee I didn’t know how to work the app or how to pay through it. It said the gift card money was loaded onto the app, I was just confused on how to present it. He did not care and was trying to rush me. I don’t expect all employees of a fast food place to understand how to work the apps, they don’t get paid for that… but to be rude to me when I’m just trying to figure it out ? Uncalled for. Then I tried to show him my gift card and he got his manager who said they don’t accept gift cards. I told them never mind about my order because I only came to use a gift card. I was polite and apologized, but only got attitude back. Next Taco Bell I went to was much kinder and patient with me!! I would not recommend going to this Westport rd location because the workers clearly do not care about customers. It might be better during the daytime because different employees. By the way I tried figuring out the app before I went to the drive thru and couldn’t so i figured best to ask them for help. I hate bothering employees like that, but I would hope they could respond in a more polite manner. The employee at the Taco Bell I went to next straight up told me he wasn’t sure how to work the app, but he explained why he didn’t understand and was just overall friendly/ smiling.

Came here with my daughter and ordered $35 worth of food for us and my girlfriend at 9 pm. This was supposed to be our dinner after a bad day. Paid with a $50 bill because that's all I had. After multiple times testing it with a counterfeit marker, they gave it back and said they wouldn't take it. Wouldn't give a reason why. Just that the manager said no.
Employees need to be trained to understand what money looks like.
Food is fine, service was not, the lady at the drive-thru told me not to drive away because she had more food to give me. I did not do or say anything so I assumed it a joke. She then proceeded to forget my drink, no biggie, I asked her and got it. I get my drink, look her dead in the eye, and say thank you, have a good night, she just stared at me with no smile, a smile that was formerly there. I drove away, got home, and my luxe cravings box had a bean burrito instead of a beefy 5 layer. Mild sauce was forgotten as well. It would have been a slightly enjoyable experience if the bean burrito didn't have a whole onion in it. Overall, please fix.
